Responsibilities include: • Coaching 4 practices per week in fall (Oct-Dec.) • Coaching 5-6 practices per week in spring (Jan-May) • Coaching summer camps (learn to row) and skill building clinics in the off-season. • Participation in 8-10 regattas per season • Engagement in fundraising and recruiting activities for the program. Qualifications desired: • Prior coaching experience for both sweep rowing and sculling (will consider experienced rowers, as well) • CPR/AED/First Aid training (completed or willing to acquire) • USOC SafeSport certification • USRowing Level II certification preferred • Currently eligible to work in the US (hold citizenship or visa) • Must submit (and pass) a criminal background check • Must hold or be willing to obtain a NASBLA boater safety certification
