2011 Outlook "There has been a few noticeable changes around the boathouse this year. The OSU Men's squad is the biggest that it has been in over ten years in terms of number of athletes, and that has driven competition to a higher level. The pressure for seats everyday is a motivator and selection this spring will be heated. Ongoing construction of our rowing facility addition has also been exciting to watch. The new home for OSU rowing is a much needed upgrade."

2010 Outlook "Oregon State Men’s Rowing is looking to have a strong showing from a young, hungry team in 2010. Returning sophomores have begun pushing the group and the upperclassmen are responding well to the pressure. Our team has a 2010 schedule full of some of the nation’s best teams; including all of our Pac-10 rivals, as well as Wisconsin and Northeastern. Every race this year should challenge the team."

2011 Outlook "This is the largest squad we've had in 5 years. We are led by 8 seniors (Devery Karz, Sheena Ino, Katie Stephenson, Allison Foster, Meghan Leineweber, Julia Dissen, Katy Tai and Catherine Smith) who work very well together and are helping to create a unified team environment. Our youthful squad from last year is developing nicely into a more mature and technically sound group. We have an extremely competitive schedule (U Vic, Gonzaga, San Diego Crew Classic, Lake Natoma Invitational, WSU and PAC-10's) and we have been working hard to prepare for these great races."

2010 Outlook "After a strong year of training, we are looking forward to getting on the water for some great races. This year's schedule will have excellent competition from the west coast, PAC-10 and teams outside our region. Led by captains Katie Humm, Celia Magistrale, Neta Fischer and Zoe Mullen, the team is young and vibrant (over 50% freshmen and sophomores). We hope to continue the forward progress that has been building over the last several years, including last year's first NCAA appearance since 2000."
