(Photo by Matt Lacey) Picture following the Men's 8+ final at US Rowing NW Junior Regionals. Sammamish, the crew pictured won the men's 8+ for the first time in club history and with a first year head coach. These guys and coach have put in so much hard work over the last year. The entire coaching staff was running along the beach as the eight came down.

Single scullers marshaling for the start of the 2004 SilverSkiff race on the Po River in Turin, Italy. This 11km stake race starts just upstream from this photo and runs 5.5km up to the stake and back. In 2007 this FISA event attracted 440 scullers from all over Europe plus Australia, New Zealand, the USA, and Canada.
