North Palm Beach Rowing Club making it's showing during the 2008 Palm Beach Boat Parade in Palm Bean Gardens, FL!
We lit the boat using a marine battery and many strings of outdoor Christmas lights. It was the only non-motorized boat out on the water for the night-time parade along the Intracoastal.

The theft of $250k worth of ochos from the Boston College crew was narrowly averted at last weekend's Textile River Regatta when the thief tried to haul the trailer away using a wind-up toy and was caught by passersby who noticed the screeching tires and smoke coming from a car that wasn't moving...

These boats come out to meet the tourist junks to sell snacks and drinks. They row facing forward. The women cover their arms and faces to avoid the sun. As in much of Asia, fair skin is still considered preferable to a tan.
