A bonafide trippple (sic)
Submitted by: Jim Cooper
(October 29, 2008)
A bonafide trippple (sic) being rowed regularly on the Norwalk River, in Connecticut. Custom-made in England from the mold of a hull of a coxed pair, originally for a father and his two daughters. It rows nicely and fills those odd numbers in when boating. :)
Newbie: "I saw a nice three-person boat rowing on the river this morning"
Seasoned rower: "He he he! Ahh, you are mistaken. There are NO such things as a triple in rowing...!"
That's when the fight started.... ;)
