Saratoga Rowing Association high school girls are riding their bicycles to the Canadian Henley this year. 300 plus miles, 4 days (60, 90, 90, 60). This was going to be a summer of overall fitness and skill development so we have been biking 3x a week and rowing small boats 3x a week...
