The start of River City Rowing Club's 10th Annual Hour of Power in West Sacramento, CA on March 9, 2014. All boats line up for a mass start, race out 30 Minutes, turn around and rest for 2 minutes where ever they are, then race back to the finish line. A great inner-club race for all boat types and abilities. Out Further! Back Faster!
