On Sunday afternoon, members of Gentle Giant Rowing, Coaches from Tufts University and Simmons College, and a coach from Medford High School teamed up and took to the Mystic River in a 8x that belonged to Medford High School. We were all excited to cross it off our bucket lists but now we want to do it again!

Attached you will find two photos I took of Lauren (a weightlifting and Crossfit instructor) and her son, Oslo, on an erg. At 8 weeks young, Oslo may be the world's youngest rower! These photos were taken at Joust Strength and Fitness in Ann Arbor, MI, during an erging clinic held by Grace Luczak, a member of the U.S. National Rowing team.
