Washington, Harvard No. 1 in USRowing Collegiate Polls
April 24, 2013
Washington received all 13 first-place votes to remain No. 1 in this week’s men’s varsity eight poll. Harvard and California tied for the second spot. Northeastern and Brown rounded out the top five.
Harvard-Radcliffe moved up to the top spot in the lightweight women’s eight poll, receiving all eight first-place votes. Stanford ranked second, followed by Princeton, Wisconsin and Bucknell.
Harvard topped this week’s lightweight men’s eight poll, receiving six of eight first-place votes. Yale received the other two first-place votes, ranking second. Columbia, Cornell and Dartmouth rounded out the top five.
