I guess I dislike Monday morning quarterbacking a rowers technique. It appears that if a rower has a poor rowing style but they won a gold medal then they are "not pretty but effective". When someone has a poor rowing style and they DFL or fail to medal it's considered "inefficient". I think the reality is some people have huge motors and it doesn't matter what style they use; they win!
