The Princeton Hot Seat is a new recurring photo blog to highlight the transient nature of the rowing community in the Princeton, New Jersey area.  It's open to anyone directly involved with the sport of rowing that comes to Princeton on rowing "business".  Could be rowers, coxswains, coaches, boatmen, officials, etc.

How does the Hot Seat Work?

Each subject gets four questions to answer, the first of which is simply, why are you here (in Princeton)?  Then the subject randomly draws the remaining three from a pool of pre-determined questions, of which half are rowing related, half are not...and can be pretty random.  They get one pass.

Princeton Hot Seat - Why are you in Princeton?

Josh Konieczny - I'm in Princeton to race the light men's double at NSR II.

PHS - What is your favorite post workout meal and why?

JK - If I can get off the water, go home, and make a vodka sauce with penne, that would be a perfect post workout meal for me.

PHS - If you could see any band or musical act in concert, what would you see and why?

JK - I would see Tom Waits, because he's such an unsual artist that very few people would be there and I could just enjoy the music without having to deal with huge crowds.

PHS - What travel destination is on the top of your bucket list?

JK - New Zealand.  Done.
