With over 30 student-athletes on the roster our team is the largest it has been in the last 20 years and I am excited by the depth and the quality of rowers in the lower boats."

2016 Outlook - "The Varsity 8 had a great year last year and returns 7 of the 9 from that boat. However the 2 lost were the stern pair so we have some work to do to find both our rhythm and direction. The addition of some talented freshmen certainly helps and we are both a deeper and stronger squad than last year. We will be working hard to translate that in to team speed over the next 3+ months."

2015 Outlook - "We are working hard this winter - on the erg, in the weight room, and on the water - to improve on some solid finishes at our championship races last year. Overall it is still a very young group with lots of learning to do but the strong (albeit small in numbers) senior class is leading the way. The Head of the Charles (5th Overall, 2nd College) and Hooch (1st) went well this past fall but we’ll need to keep improving as individuals and keep channeling that on to the water as a team to have a shot at what we want to achieve in April and May. #pullhard"

2018 Outlook - "Coming off a great 2017 campaign, the coaching staff took a good hard look at areas for possible improvement from 2017 going into 2018. With a young hardworking group and a small incoming class we knew that this group of athletes could really get back in contention again this year. We look forward to building off of last years success, and are hopeful to make some bigger strides this year. We are returning 3 all-conference athletes, 2 of which where selected for All-Americans as well. This years schedule has some nice breaks scheduled into it to allow for some rest and recovery along the way."

2017 Outlook - "We look forward to the starting this racing season. We have a young hard working group that is making progress everyday. We will start the year off with a home race against Division II champions Barry and Division I opponent Miami. Then we hit the road and race at the FIRA Championship in Sarasota, FL, go to New Jersey for the Knecht Cup, head up to Oak Ridge, TN for the SIRA Championship, and then head back over to Sarasota again for the Sunshine State Conference Championship. This will all be followed by the Dad Vail Regatta in Philadelphia. Work hard and luck is on your side."
