2017 Outlook - "We have a solid returning squad from last year, only losing three ladies to graduation. There has been a shift in the way the ladies are training, mostly driven by positive attitudes and hard work. It has been fun to watch a core group of three year walk-on's develop into to athletes. The energy of this team has truly been inspiring to me. We have a busy competitive schedule this year, which should make for an exciting start of the season. Start your engines! It's race time!"

2015 Outlook - "We have a much smaller team this year. We have constantly set the bar higher for our team and ourselves, which might account for why the team is smaller. We saw 2014 as a building year due to the loss of talented athletes, and yet again, we find ourselves in the same situation each year. Last years win taught me a valuable lesson ~ never underestimate the power of chemistry, passion and drive. There are a lot of fast crews out there this year, we hope to be amongst them!"

2014 Outlook - "2014 is a building year for our program. We have great young talent on our team this year. They are a highly motivated diverse group of young ladies. We are finding speed through good training. Our team is smaller than it has been in the past, and that is primarily due to the departure of 12 senior level athletes last spring. We hope to build on this teams talent with five new freshmen coming next fall."
