Conditions: Heavy Cross-Tailwind with considerable whitecaps in the first 1000 meters. Conditions worsened throughout the morning (1V, 2V, 3V, 4V, 5V).
Comments: Survival Mode on the Severn River. The 5V race with Navy's 6V and 7V was shortened to 1000 meters due to unrowable conditions at the start. It was a spirited sprint down the seawall with 4 boats across...no times were taken.
