Winds changed during 1N8+ race blowing debris onto course. 2V8+/1V8+ racing delayed due to lost skeg early in 2V8+ race. Course cleared & racing resumed with 1V8+ then 2V8+ restart after repair. Wisco 1V8+ encountered debris but did not alter finish order.
