Harvard Tops Preseason Men’s Heavyweight and Lightweight Men’s Poll; Stanford Tops Lightweight Women

Harvard earned nine first-place votes and scored a total of 199 points. Northeastern University earned 175 to take the No. 2 spot and the University of California took the No. 3 spot with 174 points.
In the lightweight men’s poll, Harvard earned three first-place votes and 251 points to lead. Yale University scored six first-place votes and 194 points to take the No. 2 spot and Princeton University was awarded two first-place votes and earned 186 points to claim the No. 3 position.
In the lightweight women’s poll, Stanford University earned five first-place votes and scored 156 points. The University of Wisconsin took the No. 2 spot with 141 points followed by Harvard-Radcliffe in the No. 3 spot with three first-place votes and 136 points.
