California, Cornell and Harvard-Radcliffe Top USRowing Collegiate Poll

In the men’s varsity eight poll, California held the No. 1 position with 12 first-place votes. University of Washington took the No. 2 spot with five first-place votes, while Harvard University remained No. 3. Princeton University and Yale University rounded out the top five.
In the lightweight men’s eight poll, Cornell earned 11 first-place votes to remain in first place, while Yale moved up to No. 2, and Columbia University dropped to No. 3. Harvard earned one first-place vote and ranked No. 4, and Princeton held the No. 5 spot to round out the top five.
Harvard-Radcliffe earned all eight first-place votes and moved into the No. 1 spot in the lightweight women’s eight poll. Stanford University dropped to No. 2 and Princeton held onto the No. 3 position. The University of Wisconsin and Boston University rounded out the top five.
