INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - USRowing has named 14 men to the 2005 Junior National Team, Junior Men's National Team Head Coach Martin Crotty announced on Tuesday.
While final boat selection is not complete, the 14 athletes will make up the men's four with coxswain and men's eight that will compete at the 2005 FISA World Rowing Junior Championships August 3-6 in Brandenburg, Germany. Final lineups will be announced later in July.
The men were selected from a group of 40 high school rowers that attended the junior national team selection camp. The list includes three members of the 2004 Junior National Team: Jesse Johnson, Henrik Rummel and Neil Stanga.
