PRINCETON, N.J. - Four crews have been nominated to represent the U.S. in competition at the 2016 Olympic Games, pending final approval. USRowing is pleased to announce the lineups for the lightweight men's four, men's four, women's quadruple sculls and women's eight.

Of the athletes above, six won medals at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Games; Logan and Musnicki won gold in the women's eight, Kalmoe and Martelli return to the bronze-medal women's quad, and Cole and Rummel won bronze in the men's four. Polk was an alternate in 2012. Logan and Kalmoe are the sole returning two-time Olympians having competed in the gold-medal women's eight and the women's double sculls in Beijing.
The U.S. women's quad is the defending world champion, while the U.S. women's eight seeks a historic 11th-consecutive world or Olympic title in Rio.
Selection for the crews was determined by lineup evaluations and training camp performance in Chula Vista, Calif., and Princeton, N.J.
The final crew to represent the U.S. in Rio will be determined this week at 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials II. The men's pair final takes place Wednesday, June 22, in West Windsor, N.J.
