Romania's Simona Radis was the big winner for the 2022 World Rowing Championships, winning gold in both the women's double and women's eight on the last day of racing in Racice, CZE. Radis, and doubles partner Ancuta Bodnar swept all their races in 2022 after winning gold in Tokyo. Then Radis, subbed into the Romanian eight after there was an illness in the boat, and stroked the boat to the win. These two photos were taken 39 minutes apart.
