Current: Incoming tide against direction of racing.
Comments: In the V4 race, Cincinnati caught some sea grass on their rudder at 500 m to go. They were leading the race by one seat open water on UM at the time. Barry caught sea grass at the last 250 causing steering problems. They were in third place by open water at the time. The UM four was made up of two rowers from their JV8 and two who had not raced in the JV8. The other V4's were true V4's.
