Wind: Strong Headwind
Water: Varsity race: whitecaps in first 1000m, calmer in second 1000m. Novice race was rowed 2 hrs earlier, water was choppy but not as rough.

Comments: Varsity:Water was very rough in the first 1000m, calming down in the last 500m. Syracuse caught a boat stopping crab at 750m to go. At the time it was a close race between Syracuse and NU with Penn 5-6 seats back. Racing on the course was called after the varsity race due to unsafe conditions.
