Comments: The 2000m course was whitecapping and unrowable by 8:00 AM. Coaches agreed to change the racing format to 3 x 3 min. pieces with starts. The pieces were conducted downstream in the stretch between Girard and Columbia Ave. bridges. Because variations in current from lane to lane effected margins from piece to piece, coaches agreed that no results would be reported.
