Water: Generally good.
Current: Races run as close to slack tide as possible. Some races were with, some against, a tide.
Comments: There was a collision during the warmup between the Colby WV and UVM WV which race officials did not know about. Some minor injuries to three Colby rowers were sustained, none which prevented racing.
