Great set of Rowing drills to be used with Novices and Varsity level rowers. Rusty's Catch Drill: Focuses on catch timing from the release. Pick Drill: Timing through three phases of the recovery Reverse Pick Drill (outside arm): Focuses on acceleration through the three phases of the drive. Houdini Drill: Allows rowers to mimic the oars natural path through the drive. Salsa Drill: Focuses on unified timing from the release. Body Prep Posture Drill: Focuses on proper body prep from the release. Wing Drill: Reinforcing rotation of the body through the pin.
