NED M4x (Gold medals in 2021 and 2024) - Steady State
Kris Korzeniowski  · February 10, 2025
The Dutch m4x undefeated in this event for the last 6 years. These clips are from the last workout before Tokyo. The coach of this boat at this time was Eelco Meenhorst. Take note of the relaxation and quietness in the boat. The blade work is perfectly synchronized with the speed of the boat. The entry of the blades into the water is very direct but not too fast, it seems almost too slow but that is enough to create the light suspension on the oar handles.
