2022 Outlook - "As always, this should be an exciting and interesting spring season. The race schedule is comprised of challenging races both in the Northeast at Lake Quinsigamond and in the Mid-Atlantic with the increasing speed of the MARC teams. With over 30 athletes on the roster, the goal of the program continues to be team growth both on and off the water and to continue to get faster on the water from week to week."

2020 Outlook - "With a team of 40 athletes led by 2-time All American coxswain Olivia Robb, All-American Erika Reynolds and 1V returner Emma Hogan, the Washington College women are looking to continue to find speed and success this spring. Another large class of freshmen bring talent and unparalleled enthusiasm to the team as well. The team has their sights set on earning another opportunity to go head to head with the fastest in the nation at the NCAAs while competing against strong league foes as the MARC Conference continues to grow in size, depth and overall speed. With a very strong underclass contingent pushing at the juniors and seniors, the internal team competition will push all boats to faster speeds on the water."

2019 Outlook - "With the largest senior class in recent years along with 7 returning members of the MARC Champion First Varsity 8, the Washington College women are looking to continue to find speed and success this spring. Another large class of freshmen bring talent and unparalleled enthusiasm to the team as well. Led by All-American coxswain Olivia Robb, the First Varsity has their sights set on earning another opportunity to go head to head with the fastest in the nation at the NCAAs. With a very strong underclass contingent pushing at the juniors and seniors, the internal team competition will push all boats to faster speeds on the water."

2018 Outlook - "Coming off their fifth consecutive NCAA Championship appearance, the 2018 squad is training hard to build upon last year's success. The team is led by a strong group of seniors and is 35 members strong. Facing a full racing schedule of Division I, II, and III teams, the 2018 team looks to use strong competition to push to the next level and continue the success of Washington College rowing."

2017 Outlook - "Coming off their fourth consecutive NCAA Championship appearance, the 2017 squad is training hard to build upon last year's success. The team is led by a strong and deep team of seniors, including All-American Jackie Creitz and is almost 40 members strong. Facing a full racing schedule of Division I, II and III teams, the 2017 team looks to use strong outside competition to push to the next level and continue the success of Washington College rowing."

2015 Outlook - "The Shorewomen will open their spring regatta schedule March 7th in Philadelphia against Division I schools Drexel, La Salle, Saint Joseph's, and Delaware. They will host long-time friendly rival Wellesley College on March 28th before competing against them again in a regatta hosted by William Smith and also featuring New Hampshire a week later. Annual trips to the Knecht Cup (April 11th and 12th) and the Kerr Cup (April 18th) follow. The MARC Championships are set for April 25th and the ECAC National Invitational Championships for May 10th."

2018 Outlook - "The team is undergoing the hard work associated with changing habits, building brotherhood, and improving. Our 2018 results will be a product of how faithful we are to that process. This year marks the 50 Year Anniversary of rowing at Washington College and the doors of our new, state-of-the-art, boathouse will be open next fall. It’s definitely an exciting time to be a Shoreman."
