2019 Outlook - "We shook a Magic Eight Ball to see how the season would go, but it froze solid. Our ergs are getting there, but we need continued improvement to reach our goals. Luckily we have another few months indoors to improve on that. We are looking forward to our championships come May."

2018 Outlook - "The athletes are embracing a new team culture and have seen the benefits so far. Fall racing saw promising results, including the program’s first medal at the Charles. We are led by a talented group of seniors and juniors, who are being pushed by the sophomores and first-years. Our success this spring will depend on how well we compete with each other over the next several weeks. We look forward to testing ourselves each week as we build towards the ACRA National Championship at the end of May."

2016 Outlook - "We've just returned from our spring training trip and are excited to race. The eights look strong, fitness is good, and the team is psyched. Our racing goals begin with the Vermont Cup, peak at the New England Championship, and then continue to our post season ACRA National Championship where we plan to earn medals again."

2015 Outlook - "The Vermont Women are putting the final pieces together in a winter full of productive workouts in the erg-room, weight room, and fitness center. This transferred into strong rowing at our spring training site. We will stay focused through April, moving towards NERC and ACRA in May. the whole crew is excited to race."
