2019 Outlook - "We have made some big changes to our approach to training as well as a new team dynamic that has already made an impact on our team. We currently have one of our largest teams in our 40+ year history. The team is athletic and energetic and eager to compete this spring season."

2018 Outlook - "We feel as though we have been building towards this year for some time. Our entire Varsity 8 is returning from 2017 (which included 7 freshmen). We invested a lot in this team with a trip to the Henley Women's Regatta this summer and a commitment to small boats and training since September. We have a fantastic group of athletes and unbelievable senior leadership which should make for a very successful season."

2017 Outlook - "We had a great Fall Season, focusing mainly on small boat skills with the upperclassmen and efficiency and posture with the freshmen. We have a special team with an unbelievable team dynamic. We are feeling very confident coming off of our Miami Training Camp and our land training. We are very much looking forward to the Spring of 2017."

2016 Outlook - "We had a great fall and winter trip with lots of small boat training and are looking forward to Spring. We have a tremendous amount of athleticism and a lot of experienced returners from last year's V8 and 2V8. We got a lot of racing in last spring with a very young team and 'knock on wood' the river isn't frozen at this time; these things should get us going earlier in the season. We anticipate a very good year."

We will open the season in late March at the Murphy Cup and complete the regular spring schedule at the Dad Vail Regatta on May 13-14. With a young roster we are looking forward to building on our progress from a successful January training camp in Florida!"

The varsity squad began 2014 with training camp in Miami and is looking forward to our opening race, the Jesuit Invitational, on March 15. The Hawks will field a V8+, 2V8+, F8+, and F4+."
