2024 Outlook - "This year's squad is a young team with the majority of the team underclassmen. After sending a men's 8+ to the Head of the Charles for the first time in program history this past fall, the team is looking forward to seeing what it can accomplish this upcoming spring."

2022 Outlook - "We are excited for the opportunity to have fun, train smart and get faster every day. Our fall season was spent training in pairs and we are looking for that to translate into the bigger boats this spring. With all members from last year's V4+ that won Dad Vails returning and adding a couple of new additions this spring, we look forward to finding out how fast we can be this spring."

2021 Outlook - "It's been an exciting Spring Season as we have the whole team back on campus for the first time since March 2020. Even though we are limited with what we can do at practice and it is unknown if organized racing will happen this season, we are preparing to the best of our capability to be racing at the IRA National Championship in May. The team is young and hungry and we are building upon a committed core group of athletes."

2020 Outlook - "Last year was a great year for us in terms of setting a new standard and building for the future. Our team was able to post program best finishes at Vails and the IRA and we were able to bring in a really strong recruiting class as well. We are a very young team now and are looking to prioritize the smaller boats again this Spring with a few tests in the 8+. Excited to bring in another strong class next year to continue to supplement the growth and speed of our program."

2019 Outlook - “We are currently in a rebuilding process within the program, but I am excited for the opportunity and think that the small core group we have now is a strong one. We are looking to prioritize the smaller boats this Spring and hoping to bring in a strong class next year to supplement the growth of our program down the road. We will be prioritizing Dad Vails as our championship race this Spring with the intention of qualifying for the IRA.”

2015 Outlook - "With an even mix of leadership, experience, and talent in each year group 2015 is shaping up to be a special year for our program. The athletes are getting the work done throughout the Winter and we are hungry for the Spring season to begin. After an encouraging Fall against other IRA teams and with the addition of Western Sprints on our schedule we will be prioritizing our Varsity 8+ throughout the season with the intention of qualifying for the IRA Championships."
