2025 Outlook - "The team has a great vibe. 2024 was the strongest season in a number of years. The 2024 team performance at ACCs, led by the bronze medal results of the Varsity 8 and Varsity 4 along with top 20 finish in the final coaches poll generated great momentum in the lead up to the 2025 season. We return 29 of the 37 rowers and coxswains from the ACC crews. Beyond the 2024 ACC racing experience, our 2025 race schedule- Cardinal Invite, San Diego Crew Classic, Big 10 Invite, and Dale England Cup will prepare us well for the ACC Championships, the largest and arguably the strongest conference championship in the country. We know our season is a crockpot meal, not microwave meal and we are just simmering away under the Golden Dome. Row Irish."

2021 Outlook - "Being together as a student-body is an integral part of the Notre Dame Educational Experience. We were one of the first universities to decide we would resume in person classes with the whole student body in August. When it came to the team we knew this year would be a different team environment that would present some obstacles both small and large. We have faced each obstacle and found a way to get through it and I am confident that we will continue with that mindset going forward.

"I could not be more pleased with the progress the team has made in the last year or so. Best ever 2nd semester team GPA last year and best ever 1st semester team GPA this year. The training on their own from late March to August and again from November to January went very well. The ability to adapt to our new training protocols was terrific. Excellent on the water development during the first semester. Most recently we just completed an outstanding preseason camp. Now that classes have started we are using camp momentum to go faster and faster as a team.

We even warmed it up last year by entering our 3V in many 2V events during the spring."
