2023 Outlook - "Our team has been working hard during the fall and winter preparation cycles in order to get ready for the 2023 spring season. We have work to do, but we are eager to test our speed against boats from other schools. The team has embraced what we need to do to be our fastest and I have been encouraged by the progress our team has made in the past month."

Head Coach - Gregg Hartsuff, 30th year
2021 Finish
Returning Varsity 8+ Athletes - 3
2022 Seniors - 11
2022 Outlook - "I am extremely grateful and greatly respect the members of this team, as they were the ones who despite having only a single race the last two years stuck with it and this year rolled up their sleeves and put in the work to rebuild the team. Having to be accountable to a group of people after spending a year and a half doing what you want and when you want, to have a demanding coach lay down the law on committing to the team over other things you are doing, was a big adjustment for many people.
"We saw a lot of people walk away from the team during quitting season (November and December) unfortunately, but I really love the team members who are here and their willingness to make sacrifices for the group. Our freshmen/novice group in particular I am excited to build up in future years. While not a single team member on the team has rowed a spring season in a varsity boat, the commitment to work hard is there with who remains, and we will be in a position to win races this spring. This is a good group of guys in the senior class and I am thankful they will have a racing season to finish their careers. See you on the race course!"
