2017 Outlook - "As a program, the Women’s team is now focused on recruiting and racing in the Lightweight arena. As that process has taken shape over the last year and a half, we have boated LWT4+’s in the last 2 fall seasons, but because of speed, those athletes have ended up in the Openweight V8 in the spring. The recruiting class incoming Fall of 2017 looks strong and deep which will result in 2 8’s of Lightweight athletes on the water in 2017-2018."
