We hope to springboard off the 1V’s Head of the Charles win into a very complete and competitive spring with weekly races and scrimmages with various Top 20 IRA teams. The highlight of the regular season will be our trip west to compete in the PAC-12 Challenge. As always, It’s Great To Be A Statesmen!"

2015 Outlook - "The exciting growth and development of the program the past three years made the 2014 racing season the best in Hobart Rowing history. The returning team is deep with experience as we return 25 of 27 from the IRA squad, and with the addition of another strong class of freshmen we will race five eights this spring. The schedule this year is an exciting challenge with the additions of Navy, George Washington, and Columbia. Additionally, we plan to race at the Henley Royal Regatta later this summer. It’s a great time to be a Statesmen."

The schedule this year is an exciting challenge with the additions of Syracuse and Holy Cross. We are continuing to grow in depth and speed while taking on new challenges every year.”

2013 Outlook - "2012 was a dynamic year of change for the Statesmen. We are very fortunate to return 22 of 23 varsity athletes from the 2012 squad. The addition of a strong freshman class has provided instant depth and increased competition for all seats. We remain a very young team which makes every day fun given the talent, character, and enthusiasm of our team. We are building a special program here at Hobart and we look forward to realizing our potential this spring and continuing our progress in creating elite team speed beyond this spring."
