2021 Outlook - "It has obviously been a very challenging year, but it has been a good reminder that it's not just about what you do, but how you do it. I am very proud of the athletes on our team and how they are handling this. They have stayed dedicated, trained hard, and have continued to improve, all on their own. Everyone is learning a very important lesson in leadership this year, and part of it is how are you leading yourself?
"I am hopeful we will be permitted to have official team practice at some point this spring. Getting the squad back together and feeling the energy and enthusiasm of not only pushing your teammates, but also being pushed by your teammates is something everyone is longing for. This is a sport of delayed gratification, and this year just presents more of a delay than most. But like the poster said, the journey is the reward!"

2020 Outlook - "The Georgetown Women are excited to enter the Spring 2020 racing season. After besting all results from the Fall 2018 season with strong performances during the Fall 2019 season, the future is bright for the Hoyas. With the biggest squad in program history, the team is showing great, newfound depth. The addition of a solid group of recruits accompanied by the leadership of the returners has created a catalyst for growth and development. The team is shifting their mindset to a championship culture and is working hard with their sights set on achieving new goals."
