Submitted by Chris Becker. Distance: 1500 Conditions: Heavy Cross/Tail of 12-14 MPH. There was a massive wake caused by a speedboat at 750 meter mark during the 1V race. This wake slowed all three boats but brought Groton to a near stop. 1V race was started 20 meters after the start line. 3V race was started 10 meters after start line.
