Distance: 1500 meters Conditions: Light tailwind for all the races with some occasional light rain. Comments: St. Paul's 4th boat raced in the girls 3rd boat race. This race started two lengths beyond the start. Also in that race, a rower in the SPS 3rd boat caught an over-the-head crab in the middle 500 which was followed by a boat stopping crab at 1000m into the race. The SPS boat swerved across the course, stopped, and took a little time to recover and get re-pointed before resuming. Up to that point, they were well ahead of both crews.
Many thanks to Tabor for making the trip up to Concord. The heavy rain held off and the wind remained light to allow for a great afternoon of racing.
