Conditions: Good conditions minimal to zero wind for fours. Slight cross head wind for 2V8 and N8 and 6 mph cross head wind for V8
Comments: In the V4 with about 750M to go Portland came into the Sac State lane, oars clashed and both boats stopped briefly then restarted. The Portland V4 was thus excluded from the final results
