Distance: 1400m
Conditions: Brisk cross tailwind throughout the day. Floating starts, so distance raced varied a bit between events.
Comments: A cool day with some wind, but rowers and coxswains handled it well. It was a fun first race for all teams. The "Mixed 8" was a mash of experienced, novice, boys and girls. Thanks to all parents and spectators who cheered on the teams. Thanks to UVRF and Brewster for making the trip to Thorndike!
