Distance: 1400
Conditions: outgoing tide for the first two races, then slack for the remainder. Light NW winds, cross breeze at points down the course. Race order, 4th, 3rd, 2nd, 1st, 5th.
Comments: Conditions remained fair for all races. Brunswick retains the Kulaga Cup by winning the majority of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd boat races.
In the 1V race, at roughly the 300 mark in, Brunswick steered into Fairfield and clashed oars for 50-80 meters. Brunswick stopped rowing briefly and then resumed. The coaches conferred and decided to allow the race to continue.
