Distance: Various
Conditions: 28,000cfs tail current, flat water and light southerly crosswind consistent throughout the racing. Very cold.
Comments: Central Catholic 1F and 2F and TRJR 1N raced 1500m for the 16oz hammer. TRRA Masters Men, North Catholic, Pitt Novices and Central Catholic 3V raced 2 miles for the 20oz hammer. TRJR 2V and Central Catholic 2V raced 3 miles for the 22oz hammer. Pitt 1V, TRJR 1V and Central Catholic 1V raced 4 miles for the big hammer. A very cold morning marred only by Central Catholic colliding with Pitt 1 mile into the 4-mile race and some frozen launch controls. Thanks to all of the rowers, coaches and spectators who braved the elements to come out for the racing!
