Conditions: Annual regatta hosted by Rumsey Hall School, CT for lower crews of mostly NEIRA schools. Beautiful day of racing for these young novice athletes with a growing headwind through the afternoon peaking at about 12 mph. Great racing with one result determined by .3 second !
