Conditions: Calm, flat water conditions. Sunny and clear skies. Temps in the mid 40s to low 50s. Skim ice spotted on lake early, but disappeared before racing commenced at 10am.
Comments: Dropped the start buoys a bit shy of full 2000m course.
In MN8, Middlebury experienced breakage off start, so race was restarted; was not restarted a second time.
