Distance: 1500m
Conditions: Sunny, 78 degrees. Very little wind.
Comments: Floating starts were used, so race distance is 1500m +/- a boat length or two.
Men's 1st and 2nd 8s raced twice. In the second running of the M1st8, a fishermen's wake affected AJRA and CCR's margin of finish, but not the order, as OARS had a commanding lead at that point of the race and AJRA held a boat length on CCR.
