Conditions: Sustained SSE to S winds, on a south to north race course, averaging 14 mph, gusting to 26+ mph, creating rolling waves and white caps much of the morning.
Comments: CANCELLED - Sustained high winds and resulting rough water made conditions unsafe for rowing. After a significant delay, USRA and Regatta officials determined there was little likelihood any racing could be completed and all events were cancelled.
