Conditions: 15-20mph headwind building during races. Steady chop over first 1500M of race course.
Comments: St. Joe's University was a guest in the event. Order of races - 2V, 1V, 1F. In varsity race Rutgers caught an overhead crab with 500M left. At the time, Penn was in lead with Rutgers & St. Joe's almost level six-seats back. The freshman race was a photo finish - final margin was about four inches.
