Conditions: 2005 Liberty League Crew Championships scheduled for today, April 23, have been cancelled due to unsafe conditions on the course on the St. Lawrence River in Waddington, N.Y. U.S. Rowing officials declared the course unsafe due to wind and rough water. The regatta will not be rescheduled and no league championship will be awarded this season.
