Conditions: 8-10 mph quartering tailwind with 1-2 foot chop in the first 750 meters. Order of Racing: 1V, 2V, 3V. Wind increased throughout the morning as the incoming tide decreased.
Comments: Many thanks to SJU for making the trip to Annapolis.
Navy 5V/6V raced as a separate event earlier in the morning, not involved in the official St. Joe's competition.
