Distance: 1450 Conditions: Significant head wind with strong current and incoming tide. Comments: Varsity 8 race hit with massive wake 400 meters into race. All handled okay and racing continued. 2nd Varsity started below start line.
In a day heavy in CT river boat traffic, hot seating and SAT testing all crews were a pleasure to work and we had a great day of racing in the end. Thank you to Avon and Litchfield for making the trip to Middletown and for your great sportsmanship!
