Conditions: Moderate chop, Moderate headwind. Major interference by floating debris. Course had to be moved across the river and back several times to avoid major areas of floating debris. Floating start.
Comments: Sunny, 55 to 60 degrees F, Moderate headwind and moderate chop. Main interference with the operation was the need to adjust the lanes due to floating debris.
